The Role
You will handle a high-quality caseload of residential property matters while working alongside a strong and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a department that continues to grow its reputation for technical excellence and client service.
You will handle:
1. Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
2. New build transactions
3. Remortgages and transfers of equity
4. Complex or high-value residential property matters (depending on PQE level)
5. Liaising with developers, lenders, estate agents, and private clients
6. Managing files independently with appropriate supervision
