Senior Electronics Design Engineer
Location: Wiltshire (on-site)
Salary: Circa £65,000, plus benefits
Most electronics roles are about incremental changes and maintenance work.
This one is about designing the electronics that define the performance of high-end audio systems. You’ll own designs end-to-end, working at the core of a small R&D team building complex, long-lived products.
The work
* Design mixed-signal electronics using MCUs, DSPs, FPGAs and DACs/ADCs
* Develop analogue circuits, power supplies, and high-speed digital designs
* Take designs from concept through schematic, PCB, prototype, EMC and test
* Work closely with embedded software, mechanical and test engineers
What they’re looking for
* Strong commercial experience in electronics design
* Depth across digital, analogue, power and high-speed systems
* Confident using ECAD tools (Altium or similar) and lab equipment
* Knowledge of EMC / ESD and designing to global standards
