You will join an established Portfolio Case Management team, supporting customers after their funding has completed and playing a key role in managing ongoing relationships, monitoring accounts and ensuring a positive customer journey. The role As a Graduate Portfolio Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts post completion. Acting as a key point of contact, you will support borrowers, respond to requests, maintain accurate records and help identify and escalate any potential risks. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal entry point into the industry.
