This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and highly motivated individual to join the Ashbrook Campus on a full-time, permanent basis as a Facilities Manager. The primary purpose of the Facilities Manager is to manage and maintain the Campus and the Regional Support Office, ensuring it is safe, secure, and maintained to a high standard. The Facilities Manager will oversee the Campus Premises Manager, ensuring that facilities, health and safety, and compliance are upheld across all office operations. This role reports to the UK Regional Facilities Manager Oversight and Coordination: Provide oversight and management of the Campus and Regional Support Office, ensuring the premises are maintained to the required standards. Supervise the Campus Premises Manager and any contracted service providers, including cleaning, security, maintenance, and catering, where applicable. Liaise with the UK Regional Facilities Manager, external contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of all facilities-related activities. Support for Operations: Support OneSchool Global UK’s Regional Support Office operations by maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient working environment. Manage service contracts, coordinate facilities projects, and provide logistical support for meetings, training sessions, and events held within the building. Compliance and Safety Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, fire safety, and environmental standards. Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and inspections. Maintain accurate records of all compliance-related activities and ensure all required certifications and statutory checks are up to date. Maintenance and Repairs: Oversee all maintenance activities within the Regional Support Office, including preventative maintenance, repairs, and any refurbishment projects. Manage building systems such as heating, lighting, water, and air conditioning. Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely completion of works and adherence to safety standards.
