Job Description
* Develop and implement financial strategies in alignment with the company's goals.
* Monitor financial performance and recommend improvements.
* Prepare comprehensive financial reports and present them to the board.
* Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
* Manage a diverse team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative work environment.
* Coordinate with other department heads to streamline financial operations.
* Develop and maintain relations with external partners and stakeholders.
* Oversee financial risk management procedures.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Corporate Finance Manager should have:
* A degree in Finance, Accounting or a similar field.
* Professional certification such as ACCA, ACA, or equivalent.
* Proficient knowledge of financial management principles and strategies.
* Strong leadership abilities and team management skills.
* Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Knowledge of financial software and database systems.
* A commitment to ethical standards and high levels of integrity.
