Job Role & Responsibilities * Analyse project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive bid estimates. * Review issued specifications, drawings, and other relevant documents, issuing tender clarifications and updates to the respective clients. * Communicate with clients and customers, ensuring all requirements are met or mitigated to their satisfaction. * Liaise onsite with clients/customers, conducting relevant site surveys and reviews. * Evaluate potential project risks on both commercial and deliverable aspects. * Produce and deliver accurate Fit Out and specialist estimates in line with both specifications and industry requirements. * Gather, analyse, and adjust data related to labour, materials, equipment, and other factors affecting cost estimates. * Ensure tender submissions are comprehensively reviewed and qualified correctly. * Determine the type, quantity, and cost of materials and fixtures needed for each project. * Regularly review and evolve the company's estimating documentation, ensuring it is up-to-date with rates. * Participate in bi-weekly team meetings and tender reports. * Generate and issue handover documentation for secured projects ahead of meetings with the projects team.
