 * Promote independence, caring for our service users in their own home.
 * Encourage our service users to be actively involved in all aspects of their day-to-day care.
 * Accompany our service users to appointments and access their local community.
 * Preparing meals and snacks to help sustain the service user's nutritional needs.
 * Tidying our service user's home, assisting with basic domestic care tasks, ensuring their home environment is an enjoyable space for them.
 * Assist in the support of personal care tasks, from bathing to pad changes and incontinence care.
Shift Patterns

We currently have opportunities which include but are not just limited to:
 * Mornings / Lunch (typically between 7:00am - 3:00pm)
 * Tea time / Evenings (typically between 3:00pm - 10:00pm)
 * Full days (with appropriate breaks)
 * Flexible availability across weekdays and alternate weekends
 * Whether you're looking for part-time hours, set days, or a consistent full-time schedule - we'll work with you to find a pattern that fits.

Kelly Park Limited is a family-run care provider, proudly established in 1994. With over 30 years of experience, we are one of Durham County Council's preferred providers trusted to deliver care across the county. We partner with Skills for Care and Durham County Council's Care Academy to continuously develop our staff, ensuring our teams are equipped to provide high-quality, person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Requirements
Along with a superhero personality, we also require a clear Enhanced DBS as well as two satisfactory references.
Pay & Benefits
Pay: £13.20 per hour and £13.50 on bank holidays; guaranteed contracted hours for job security. Early Pay: no waiting for payday thanks to our bespoke service, allowing you to access your pay when you need it. Mileage allowance paid. Pension scheme. Holidays 5.6 weeks per annum (pro‑rata). Training: full paid practical training including induction & shadowing will be provided. Reward and recognition scheme. Progression routes are available for those looking to progress their careers both in‑house or externally through goal-oriented supportive and active reviews to help make sure you stay on track.
