Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with general production and warehouse duties
* Operating basic machinery and equipment safely
* Packing, labelling, and preparing products for dispatch
* Loading and unloading materials
* Carrying out quality checks on finished products
* Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
* Following all company health & safety procedures
* Supporting other departments as required
Requirements
* Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment preferred
* Good attitude and willingness to learn
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Reliable and punctual
* Good attention to detail
* Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties
Desirable Skills
* Counterbalance FLT licence advantageous but not essential
* Experience operating machinery
* Previous assembly or packing experience
