As Administrative Officer within the Children’s Therapy Service, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients, providing a professional and supportive service both in person and over the phone.
Working in a busy and varied environment, you’ll handle enquiries, support patient communication and help maintain an organised, responsive and patient‑focused service. You’ll manage appointment systems, coordinate diaries, process referrals and maintain accurate records, helping ensure the service runs smoothly across Hospital and Community settings. You’ll also work closely with clinical teams, supporting day‑to‑day administration and contributing to effective service delivery.
The working pattern for this role is Monday to Thursday 08:00am-12:00pm and Friday 08:00am-14:30pm (Friday includes a 30 minute unpaid break).
