The Role And Responsibilities
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-quality organisational and strategic support primarily to the Executive Director of Market Oversight. This role combines operational coordination, briefing, planning, and wider business management functions that enable effective decision-making and ensure smooth, efficient directorate operations. You will act as a central coordination point across MO and the wider TPR, ensuring effective information flow, meeting preparation, action management and the prioritisation of director workloads. The role offers an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing structure and strategic insight to a complex organisation and who wants to work closely with senior leaders driving organisational priorities.

The team
You will work closely with the Executive Director and Directors across Market Oversight, as well as other internal colleagues including the Operations Lead for Market Oversight, and other business support functions. You will also interact with partners across TPR and external stakeholders.
