Job Title: Temporary Sales & Accounts Administrator Location: Wetherby, LS23 (Free Parking Onsite) Hourly Rate: £14.50 - £16.50 per hour Depending on experience Holiday Pay Office Angels Benefits Start: ASAP Duration: 2-3 Months (Potential for Permanent opportunity for the right candidate) Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm Join our client's dynamic team where they redefine the automotive experience by creating bespoke vehicles that are innovative and spectacular. ✨ Responsibilities: Assist the Head of UK Sales and the administration team to ensure seamless operations. Manage vehicle stocking plans to maintain optimal inventory levels. Monitor vehicle sales profits and commissions to drive financial success. Arrange special order vehicles to meet unique customer needs. Serve as the Vehicle Ordering Administrator and Parts Ordering Administrator. Act as the administrative coordinator for vehicle builds and international parts orders. Generate and analyse weekly DMS reports to track performance. Manage customer prospecting by generating insightful data reports. Ensure accuracy and up-to-date records through diligent control of data. Assist and support the Accounts Department to streamline financial processes.
