About the Role
This is an estate agency-based Mortgage Advisor position operating on a hybrid basis (3–4 days in branch).
You will work closely with estate agency colleagues to convert warm buyer leads into completed mortgage and protection business. All leads are provided through the estate agency team, creating a consistent pipeline of purchase and onward move cases.
Key Responsibilities
Provide compliant mortgage and protection advice to estate agency-introduced clients
Convert warm buyer enquiries into completed mortgage and protection cases
Manage your pipeline efficiently from application to completion
Build strong relationships with estate agency colleagues to maximise cross-referrals
Deliver outstanding customer service to drive repeat and onward-move business
Maintain accurate records in line with network and regulatory standards
Package and Earnings
Employed Option:
Basic salary £28,000–£30,000
Tiered Commission structure: 15% > 30%
Enhanced Associate package available for high performers: effective 40% up to £175k and 45% above
Self-Employed Option:
40% on introduced leads
65% on self-generated business
Admin support available on a per-case basis (opt in/out)

Skills and Experience
CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
Experience as a Mortgage Advisor, Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Consultant
Proven ability to bank strong annual figures or demonstrate consistent pipeline conversion
Comfortable working in an estate agency environment
Strong sales ability with a consultative advice approach
Organised, self-motivated and commercially driven
