Role overview:
Your purpose will be to engage with members to ensure they receive a world-class member experience on every visit to JD Gyms. This includes maintaining high standards of cleanliness, interacting with members on the gym floor, leading gym inductions, and teaching engaging group exercise classes.
Responsibilities:
* Prioritize member experience by engaging with members on the gym floor.
* Conduct welcoming and engaging tours for prospective members, aligned with JD Gyms brand standards.
* Lead engaging group exercise classes.
* Deliver informative member inductions.
* Support prospective members with their joining process as needed.
* Perform club standards checks, ensuring accuracy and adherence to record-keeping procedures.
* Provide ad hoc support to members as required.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness as set by management.
* Uphold brand standards, ensuring the club is safe and compliant with health and safety regulations.
* Monitor service delivery through performance metrics and member feedback.
* Operate in a safe, legal, and compliant manner at all times.
* Demonstrate awareness of energy, environmental issues, and waste management.
* Analyze and present data to support new ideas, initiatives, or developments.
