The Role:
1. Deliver engaging lessons across a BTEC-style Public Services curriculum (Level 2 & 3)
2. Plan, assess and differentiate lessons to suit a range of learners
3. Incorporate real-world scenarios and current events to bring lessons to life
4. Prepare students for assessment, future training, and career opportunities
5. Collaborate with colleagues across vocational and academic departments
6. Encourage discipline, teamwork, leadership, and a sense of civic responsibility
What We're Looking For:
7. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant post-16 teaching qualification (PGCE, DTLLS,
8. Background in teaching Public Services or relevant real-world sector experience (Police, Fire, Military,
9. Strong classroom presence and excellent communication skills
10. Ability to motivate and inspire students
