Working for one of the UK's leading providers of care and support to vulnerable people we are seeking a dynamic leader who can manage and lead their neurological rehabilitation centre, Rochdale.
The role:
As the RM, you will be responsible for:
Leading a dedicated team of care and clinical professionals, that's supported by a network of Regional managers and Directors.
Lead by example and have the ability to mentor, inspire and encourage your team to deliver exceptional care.
Adhere to and follow all legislative and quality standards, ensuring compliance at all times
Manage the daily operations of the service including arranging and attending team meetings, training, staff performance management
Ensure that all documents are clearly and effectively communicated, whilst ensuring that your team is empowered to excel in their own written communications and care plans
Oversee the transitions for new individuals to join the service
Build and maintain strong relationships with families, and other external professionals
Be registered with the CQCThe ideal Candidate:
You will have significant experience of working with and alongside clinical teams and have sound knowledge of working within a clinical setting whether residential or hospital setting
You will be an RM now seeking a new opportunity
Hold the Level 5 in leadership & management ( or equivalent)
You will have the ability to lead from the front and have a genuine passion for delivering quality care
Excel in communication and be passionate and with a positive attitude with a key focus to deliver person -centred care
Be flexible to be able to work on the 'on call' rota system and
