They’re now looking for a commercially minded Recruitment Manager to help scale the business operationally, develop consultants, and build the next phase of growth.
The Opportunity
This role sits directly beneath the founders and will play a key part in:
* Managing and coaching consultants
* Improving performance and delivery standards
* Overseeing hiring and team growth
* Driving culture, structure, and accountability
* Helping scale a high-performing recruitment function
The goal is to free the directors up to focus on launching and growing the venture capital arm of the business - making this a highly influential position internally.
