The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Have at least two years of recent teaching experience in Key Stage 2
* Demonstrate strong classroom management and high expectations for all pupils
* Be committed to providing engaging, high-quality learning experiences
* Work effectively as part of a team and contribute positively to the wider school life
* Be well-organised, reflective, and passionate about making a difference in children's lives
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Year 4 curriculum
* Monitor and assess pupils' progress, providing constructive feedback and support
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to ensure the best outcomes for pupils
* Uphold the school's values, behaviour policy and safeguarding procedures
