About the Role
As a Technical Support Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support for Broadcast Radio products.
* Set up, configure, and install authorised software on laptops and desktops.
* Deliver exceptional customer support, troubleshooting, and training.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
* Stay informed about advancements in relevant technologies.
* Represent Broadcast Radio at public events and trade exhibitions as needed.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone with the following:
Essential Skills & Experience:
* At least 1 years' experience in a 1st or 2nd line technical support role.
* Hands-on experience with ICT hardware setup and maintenance.
* Knowledge of Windows Desktop and/or Windows Server operating systems.
* Excellent customer service, troubleshooting, and prioritisation skills.
* Ability to travel within the UK and overseas.
* A strong interest in emerging technologies.
Desirable (but not required):
* Experience with AV equipment installation or support.
* Background in radio or audio technology.
* Providing technical services to educational institutions.
* Delivering technical training, one-on-one or to groups.
* Access to a vehicle and a full driving licence.
