As a Finance Support Assistant you will be providing essential support to frontline colleagues and service users in a wide range of financial duties including:
* Raising Purchase Orders and Invoices/Credits
* Reconciling customer accounts
* Assisting Service Users and Care Providers with payment and billing queries both over the phone and via email
* Inputting client charges and adjusting user charges within MOSAIC
* Create, maintain and up-date service user records using a range of related IT packages
* Working flexibly and providing cover where needed to contribute to team targets by processing a significant volume of work with speed and a high degree of accuracy
This is a public/customer-facing role, where the statutory English language requirement for public sector workers applies.
