Key Responsibilities
* Routine immunisation schedules
* Cervical screening
* Contraception reviews and family planning
* Travel vaccinations
* Chronic disease management
* Dementia reviews
* Cancer care reviews
* Health promotion and disease management
Essential Qualifications
* Registered Nurse with the NMC.
* Qualified in Cervical Cytology, Routine Immunisation Schedules, Targeted Childhood Vaccination Schedules, Family Planning Advice, Contraception Reviews, Travel Health Advice and Vaccination, Chronic Disease Management, Health Promotion and Disease Prevention, Dementia Reviews and Cancer Care Reviews.
* Good understanding of QOF, Enhanced Services, CQC standards and NICE guidelines.
* Strong IT, organisational, communication and clinical skills.
* Experience working within a nursing team.
Desirable Qualifications
* Experience working in primary care.
* Experience working in a GP practice.
