Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Hinckley
Location: Hinckley, Leicestershire
Salary: £105 per day
Working Pattern: Full-time (Monday to Friday)
Start Date: Immediate
Responsibilities
* Delivering high-quality lessons when teachers are absent or during PPA time
* Supporting class teachers with planning and pupil progress tracking
* Leading targeted intervention sessions with small groups
* Helping to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment
* Working collaboratively with staff to ensure the best outcomes for pupils
Qualifications
* Holds a recognised HLTA qualification (essential)
* Has experience working in UK primary schools
* Can confidently lead whole-class teaching when needed
* Demonstrates strong communication, adaptability, and initiative
* Has a clear understanding of safeguarding and classroom practice
