URBAN is a growing sales and marketing company based in Birmingham. We work with a range of clients to deliver customer-focused marketing campaigns and brand promotions. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Marketing & Promotions Assistant to join our on-site team and support the delivery of marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
This role is suitable for individuals at an early stage of their career who want practical experience in marketing campaigns, brand promotion, and customer engagement within a professional team environment.
No specific marketing experience is required. We welcome applicants from customer-facing, administrative, retail, hospitality, or similar backgrounds who are interested in developing their marketing skills.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Assisting with the delivery of marketing and promotional campaigns
* Supporting promotional activity and campaign materials
* Engaging with customers and providing clear information about products and services
* Working with marketing and campaign teams to support campaign objectives
* Helping track campaign activity and compiling basic performance updates
* Participating in team briefings, training sessions, and campaign reviews
* Supporting day-to-day marketing operations and administrative tasks
Who We’re Looking For
* Have an interest in marketing, promotions, or brand activity
* Communicate clearly and enjoy working with people
* Are organised, reliable, and detail-focused
* Are comfortable working in an on-site, team-based environment
* Have experience in customer-facing roles such as retail, hospitality, events, or similar (beneficial but not required)
