Teach Now is recruiting a confident and compassionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Dacorum. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong SEMH experience who is passionate about helping children thrive both emotionally and academically. In this role, you will work mainly across Key Stage 1, with occasional support in Key Stage 2, delivering targeted interventions, supporting whole-class teaching and leading small groups. The school is especially keen to meet candidates confident in supporting pupils with emotional needs, anxiety, behavioural challenges or SEMH profiles. What You’ll Do:
* Support and lead learning across KS1 and KS2 when required
* Deliver small-group and 1:1 interventions, particularly for SEMH pupils
* Build trusting, positive relationships with children who need emotional support
* Assist teachers with planning, assessment and behaviour regulation strategies
* Help create a calm, nurturing environment where all learners can succeed
