This forward-thinking engineering company specialises in designing and building bespoke packaging machinery and are now looking to introduce an experienced design engineer to implement some external industry expertise. You'll be central to the automation and redesign of their flagship product ensuring they are able to remain as the go to supplier within their industry. Alongside this, you will be responsible for mentoring and supporting junior members of the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical design, automation, and special-purpose machinery, with excellent CAD skills and a proactive mindset.
