Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and senior early years professional to join them as a Deputy Nursery Manager. You will be a senior presence on the floor, helping to maintain high standards of care and education, supporting staff development, and ensuring compliance with EYFS and safeguarding requirements. The nursery provides a warm and welcoming environment where children engage in activities that support their development through exploration and play, helping to build their confidence.

What You'll Need
* Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
* Proven experience in a senior nursery role (Deputy Manager, Third In Charge, or equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements
* Confident leadership and coaching skills
* Strong organisational and communication abilities
Desirable
* Paediatric First Aid qualification
* Experience supporting Ofsted preparation or quality improvement
What You'll Do
* Support the Nursery Manager in running the nursery daily
* Lead and coach staff to maintain consistent practice and standards
* Monitor safeguarding, health and safety, and compliance requirements
* Oversee room routines, staffing, and resource allocation
* Build and maintain relationships with families and external stakeholders
* Contribute to continuous improvement and quality assurance processes
