Role Overview
Own the end-to-end launch of a new token. You'll design the tokenomics, set up liquidity and listings, run the GTM, and keep post-launch metrics on track.
Responsibilities
* Design tokenomics: supply, allocations, vesting, emissions, utility
* Plan liquidity: DEX pairs, initial pricing, pool sizes, LP ops
* Secure listings: DEX and CEX timelines, coordination, requirements
* Work with market makers: spreads, depth, slippage, price discovery
* Run the launch: TGE readiness, claim site, airdrops/allowlists
* Drive growth: creator/KOL programs, affiliates, community comms
* Monitor and report: dashboards for liquidity health and KPIs
* Manage risk: anti-bot/MEV protections, incident playbooks, audits
* Keep us compliant and secure with counsel and engineering
Experience Needed
* 3+ years in Web3; 2+ end-to-end token launches you led
* Strong grasp of Uniswap/Raydium mechanics and CEX processes
* Hands-on with tokenomics modeling and incentives
* Experience working with market makers, launchpads, and auditors
* Clear communication and tight program management
Bonus to have
* Gaming/GambleFi, creator economy, or payments background
* Dune/Flipside and on-chain analytics experience
* Network of exchanges, launchpads, and KOLs
What does the first 3 months look like ?
* 30: Tokenomics approved, launch plan locked, vendors selected
* 60: Contracts, claim site, LP setup, and listings ready
* 90: TGE executed cleanly, liquidity stable, incentives live, weekly metrics shared
