○ Act as the primary onshore delivery
representative
○ Manage client’s expectations and
perceived delivery performance
○ Serve as an escalation point of
contact, responding and routing issues appropriately
○ Build and maintain strong working
relationships with client stakeholders
○ Navigate
a complex organisational structure to identify ownership and decision makers
○ Bridge communication between client
stakeholders and offshore delivery teams
○ Ensure offshore teams receive clear,
timely, and accurate context and requirements
○ Support dependency management and issue
resolution across delivery teams
○Provide guidance and consultation on
good delivery practices where possible
○ Help smooth communication during
high-pressure or challenging delivery periods
