About The Role
We are seeking a talented technical specialist to create archaeological and heritage illustrations for publications, reports, information panels, and marketing purposes, adhering to industry standards. Responsibilities include transcribing site drawings and digital data into clear images, accurately illustrating archaeological artefacts and materials by pen and ink, and capturing digital photographs of sites and finds.
As part of our team, you will have opportunities to gain experience across various heritage disciplines and develop your skills and specialisms to advance your career. The successful candidate will be based in our Warwick office, working under an Agile contract that offers flexible working hours. There will be exciting opportunities to visit sites and contribute to diverse projects.
Key Requirements
* A passion for archaeology
* Graphic design and artistic skills
* Expertise in Adobe Illustrator
* Familiarity with Geographical Information Systems and Global Positioning Systems
* Skills in macro, micro, landscape, and portrait photography
* Experience with engineering drawing software such as AutoCAD
* Ability to work collaboratively and independently

Additional Information
