Plan and allocate workloads to meet production schedules. Lead daily briefings and ensure smooth shift handovers. Monitor performance and drive efficiency using production data. Apply Lean practices to reduce waste and improve processes. Maintain high standards of housekeeping and 5S. Support operator training, onboarding, and development. Promote a strong culture of health and safety. Work with maintenance to ensure machines remain in top condition. Candidate Requirements for a CNC Team Leader Previous experience in a CNC machining environment. Strong technical knowledge of CNC operations and tooling. Proven supervisory or leadership experience in production. Experience in Lean manufacturing and process improvements. Confident communicator with good problem-solving skills.
