Are you a detail-driven multitasker with a knack for keeping systems in order? We’re looking for a Plant Administrator to join our busy team and play a key role in keeping our plant and transport division running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
* Processing hire requests and managing contracts in our plant management system – Syrinx
* Uploading movement, damage charges, and asset records
* Supporting defect logging, maintenance tracking, and service updates
* Generating purchase orders and assisting with goods receiving
* Checking staff hours for payroll and supporting weekly/month-end reporting
* Providing admin support to the Plant Manager, Plant Director, and Parts Controller
* Helping improve admin processes to boost team efficiency
What we’re looking for
* Experience in admin or support roles using data systems. (Syrinx is desirable but not essential)
* Plant/equipment hire experience (desirable but not essential)
* A confident communicator and effective team player
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Proficiency in MS Office and plant management systems
* Full UK driving license
