Key Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of bid and tender submissions.
Write, edit, and collate compelling content including project case studies and supporting materials.
Ensure all submissions are delivered on time, fully compliant, and in line with brand standards.
Support wider marketing and communications initiatives, such as awards entries, presentations, and studio publications.
Maintain and develop the bids library, bid tracker and other central resources.
About You
Strong written and visual communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
Ideally 1–2 years' experience in bid coordination within the architecture and design.
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign (and/or Photoshop) and Microsoft Office, with a good eye for layout and presentation.
Highly organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple deadlines.
A positive team player who enjoys working collaboratively and is keen to develop within a supportive practice.
If you're ready to bring your bids expertise to a dynamic architecture studio, contribute to securing exciting new projects, and grow with a talented, friendly team, we'd love to hear from you.
We will do our very best to help you find your ideal job. Our approach is personable, and we believe that your job hunting experience should be enjoyable. We look forward to hearing from you.
