The Support Engineer is a key customer facing part of this approach. The role is a mix between office and field based and requires great interpersonal skills and flexibility: installation and commissioning of units at clients’ sites training of operators and supporting them with applications, setup and automation/computer control on site preventative maintenance, calibration and service advising customers on technical issues and fault diagnosis.
