Responsibilities: 1. Lead and instruct a Section of Recruits in the skills required to pass the Basic Training CMS (Res) course. 2. Always administer and supervise Recruits during their Basic Training. 3. Assess Trainees and regularly prepare written reports. 4. Maintain and monitor Recruit's welfare. 5. Maintain good order and Military discipline amongst Recruits. 6. Be qualified to conduct ITR Trg for Unit staff in at least one area. 7. Prepare and conduct lesson in accordance with the training programme and ensure that Key Learning Points are completed. 8. Command a Section of up to 12 Recruits in barracks and on exercises. 9. Carry out duty NCO role as detail by CSM.
