Selion Global is a partner-led executive search and leadership advisory firm anchored in Singapore and London and partner offices internationally. We advise boards, founders, and senior leaders on appointments and leadership transitions that shape long-term direction — across industries, ownership structures, and geographies. We operate internationally through a select circle of senior advisors who share our standards. Every mandate is led personally. We do not delegate the work that matters.
We are looking for a Project & Executive Associate to work fully remotely from the United Kingdom, supporting the firm's senior leadership across the full lifecycle of retained search engagements.
This is a trusted right-hand role. Positioned at the centre of the practice, it supports the flow, coherence, and quality of each engagement — ensuring that everything leaving the firm reflects the level at which we operate.
The role involves
* Coordinating candidate and client interactions across multiple time zones, with accuracy and discretion
* Preparing and refining candidate reports, briefing materials, and correspondence to a client-ready standard
* Maintaining continuity across mandates — tracking progress, ensuring follow-through, and safeguarding detail
* Supporting targeted research and information gathering where required
* Organising meetings and selected leadership events, including conferences and supporting the coordination of residencies
* Acting as a consistent layer of quality across documents and communications before they reach partners or clients
What matters
* Strong writing ability, with a clear sense of structure, tone, and audience
* Experience in a high-trust, service-led environment — such as executive search, consulting, family office, or high-end hospitality
* A proactive working style that brings clarity and resolution without prompting
* Comfort working in close proximity to senior decision-makers and sensitive situations
* Confidence with digital tools, AI-enabled research, and structured workflows
* Sound judgement and attention to detail
We are deliberate in our focus on service-led environments. This role requires an instinct for quality, discretion, and anticipation that is typically developed in settings where standards are high and expectations implicit.
What we offer
A fully remote position at the centre of a partner-led practice, working directly with the firm's principals on every engagement.
