Job Description : Our client is looking for a Technical Analyst (LAN/WAN) in London, UK.
Must Have Primary Skills :
* Knowledge of operating system troubleshooting and support – Windows, macOS, mobile devices
* Familiar with common software applications, troubleshooting, and support
* Understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP), VPNs, DNS, LAN/WAN, routers, and firewalls
* Strong knowledge of IT systems, software, and hardware
* Knowledge of device management tools like Intune, SCCM, or PDQ
Nice To Have Secondary Skills :
* Strong service desk and customer support skills
Proven Experience In :
* Providing audio-visual (AV) support for meetings and daily operations
* Print management, troubleshooting, and support
* Holding a Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
* Using ticketing systems like Jira, ServiceNow for incident logging and tracking, ensuring timely resolutions
* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills for dealing with end users and stakeholders
* Managing multiple requests and priorities effectively
* Demonstrating ownership and accountability in tasks
* Using PowerShell for support tasks, automation, and troubleshooting
* Cybersecurity awareness
* Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Endpoint Administrator, MCSE, PDI+, ITIL, etc.
