Role Overview
We are looking for a confident, adaptable communicator who can connect with learners aged 16 and over, challenge complicated behaviour when required, and bring fresh, creative ideas to activities that involve everyone.
Responsibilities
* Motivate learners and work smoothly with a team.
* Take charge of your own tasks and manage resources effectively.
* Use digital skills where possible but main focus is organisation, proactive tracking of progress.
Qualifications
* Previous child‑facing experience, from a voluntary or paid role.
