We are seeking an experienced Associate (3-5 PQE) with a proven track
record in M&A, to join our successful Corporate team in
Birmingham. We have a strong pipeline of work, so you will be joining

Our team in Birmingham is one of the fastest growing Corporate
practices in the Midlands. Over the past year, the team has completed
nearly 60 deals out of the Birmingham office with a value of £3.8
billion. These include acquisitions for UK and international
corporates, investments for private equity sponsors, and sales for
founders and entrepreneurs to UK and international buyers.

You
You'll be an experienced Associate with a solid background M&A,
private equity or equity capital markets. You'll have a demonstrable
track record in corporate matters and should have excellent academic
credentials, with the drive and ability to deliver high-quality work
and take the initiative.
You will be eager to build long-lasting relationships with clients
and potential clients and advisers. You will be coming from a
well-recognised international, national or regional practice and
ideally have international experience. You will thrive in a
collaborative team environment and will work closely with our clients
and other advisors so good communication skills are essential.
