Availability
Availability Window: Days and times throughout the week. Sun 05:00–12:00; Mon–Fri 05:00–12:00; Sat 05:00–12:00.
We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with option to work a minimum of 12 hours if preferred. Your contracted hours will be scheduled with 3 weeks’ notice. We can discuss flexible options if the exact advertised times do not match your availability.
Pay and hours
Colleague rate of pay starts from £12.45 per hour, increasing to £13.66 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.
Uniform provided. We support flexibility to suit your lifestyle.

Your responsibilities
* Know your customers and serve them with passion and pride; provide great natural service.
* Be knowledgeable about products and services in-store.
* Work across service, picking and replenishment areas as required.
* Apply training to work safely and effectively while serving customers brilliantly.
* Make decisions that are right for customers and deliver in-store routines that meet needs.
* Participate in seasonal, community and charity events to create an inclusive atmosphere.
* Understand store performance and contribute to service, sales, waste reduction and profitability.
* Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in good condition.
* Be yourself, live our values, and follow policies.
* Occasionally accept deliveries into the store.
