Essentials:
* CIPD qualified (or equivalent professional standing)
* Board or Executive Committee-level HR leadership experience
* Proven success creating & implementing transformative people strategies
* Track record unifying cultures during periods of significant change
* Experience building high-performing HR functions with care and attention
* Strong commercial acumen and business partnership skills
