Marketing Communications Associate
Location: Crowborough, East Sussex
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting the delivery of our global marketing communications plan
* Executing day‑to‑day campaign activity, ensuring consistency and quality
* Coordinating marketing assets and ensuring they are on brand and delivered on time
* Managing and supporting social media activity (particularly LinkedIn) in partnership with external agencies
* Creating and coordinating internal communications such as newsletters and company updates
* Repurposing and localising content across digital and internal channels
* Supporting events, exhibitions and marketing activities, including on‑site assistance where required
* Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to gather technical content, case studies and success stories
* Managing website content updates to ensure accuracy and consistency
* Supporting video and podcast content creation and scheduling
* Helping improve processes, engagement and effectiveness across marketing activity
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in a Marketing Communications or similar role
* Strong copywriting skills and an eye for detail
* Experience using social media for marketing purposes (especially LinkedIn)
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
* Creative thinking and a proactive mindset
* Strong editing and proofreading ability
* A flexible approach and ability to work collaboratively
* Experience in a B2B environment (preferred)
* Experience planning social media campaigns (preferred)
* Exposure to marketing campaign planning (preferred)
* Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g. Premiere Pro) (preferred)
* Experience using CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g. Salesforce) (preferred)
Qualifications
* Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field, or CIM qualification
Salary & Benefits
The salary for this role is £30,000 – £35,000.
