Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role (some home working possible but ideally mainly site based) for a Client Relationship Manager, based in Morecambe. The Client Relationship Manager will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing personalised guidance on financial and accounting matters, and assisting with inquiries to ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities include conducting regular client meetings, supporting tax planning and compliance, identifying opportunities to provide value-added services, and collaborating with internal teams to address client needs efficiently.
Qualifications
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
Knowledge and experience with tax planning, compliance, and financial advisory services
Proven ability in problem-solving and attention to detail
Experience in managing client accounts, conducting meetings, and delivering excellent customer service
Proficiency in accounting software and relevant technology tools
Organisational and time-management skills to balance multiple clients effectively
Qualified or QBE considered
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
