Application Support Specialist - Hampshire (Hybrid)

As an Application Support Specialist, you'll be at the heart of customer success, helping businesses by providing first-class technical support. Every day will bring variety - from tackling front-line support queries to investigating deeper technical issues.
Responsibilities
* Providing high-quality remote support to customers via phone, email, and remote access
* Troubleshooting technical issues and resolving support cases
* Conducting investigative support and escalating when needed
* Keeping detailed case records in CRM (Microsoft Dynamics)
* Prioritising cases to meet SLAs and keep customers happy
* Documenting software defects and program changes
* Testing and applying configuration and release changes
* Upgrading sites with new releases and fixes
* Supporting customer implementations and site go-lives
What We're Looking For
You don’t need prior knowledge of this specific ERP system (training provided), but you’ll stand out if you bring:
* Experience working in a software support environment
* Database and SQL skills (a big plus!)
* Knowledge of ERP software packages
* Excellent written & verbal communication skills
* Great customer service and confident telephone manner
* Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
* Ability to prioritise workload and stay calm under pressure
* Willingness to keep learning and stay up to date with system developments
* A team player who can also work independently
* Determination to own a problem and see it through to resolution
