Our client is seeking a Finance Assistant to join their accounts team. This is a fast paced role, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions across multiple entities.
This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong reconciliation skills, and the ability to manage daily, monthly, and ad-hoc finance tasks while complying with accounting policies and VAT regulations. The position involves regular liaison with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Process multiple daily payment runs ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance
Perform daily bank reconciliations across multiple bank accounts
Process supplier invoices accurately and in line with agreed payment terms, including monthly statement reconciliations.
Complete month-end finance activities such as income reconciliations, intercompany invoicing, and processing internal costs.
Maintain and reconcile cash flow
Ensure VAT compliance for multiple companies
Skills & Competencies
