Key Responsibilities:
Deliver friendly, expert service to customers, including those with pre-existing medical conditions
Handle a wide range of queries by phone, email, or chat
Guide customers through policies and claims processes
Meet service and quality targets such as first-call resolution and customer satisfaction
Stay up to date with training, industry regulations, and internal processes
Collaborate with team members and contribute to continuous improvement
Who we’re looking for:
Experience in customer service or a contact centre environment
Comfortable working with performance targets
Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
Confident using systems and managing multiple tasks
Proactive, solutions-focused, and detail-oriented
A strong team player who enjoys working collaboratively
A genuine desire to help people and deliver exceptional service

Working Hours:
To meet customer needs, flexibility is essential once training is complete:
Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
You’ll work 1 in 2 weekends (either Saturday or Sunday), with a day off in the week in return.
