DP World are growing and we are searching for an Operations Supervisor who has strong leadership skills and the ability to approach business with a creative point of view. The Operations Supervisor will lead our team of high-performing professionals to be efficient, productive, and effective. The ideal candidate has extensive experience within our industry, gained, preferably having worked their way up. How You Will Contribute
1. Responsible for all on shift Health, Safety, Environmental issues arising including:- Full Safety incident investigation and corrective action implementation. Ensuring all employees understand the need for safe working. Ensure the adherence of site H&S procedures.
2. Responsible for identifying and implementing corrective actions for issues arising that affect the successful achievement of departmental KPI as well as specifying process improvements that will enhance operational performance.
3. Responsible for representing the department at internal and external customer meetings. Communicate departmental shift issues and performance at team briefs. Attend team board reviews and board walks
