Oversee occupational therapy assessments and interventions, ensuring compliance with clinical standards and legislation. Develop, implement, and monitor service improvement initiatives, policies, and procedures to enhance care quality and efficiency. Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and community organisations to support adults with complex needs. Identify opportunities for innovation and drive change management initiatives. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and best practice across the service. Ensure strategic initiatives are delivered efficiently and align with the Council’s objectives.
