The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and driven Senior Talent Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience managing talent—whether influencers, creators, or artists—and a proven track record of securing consistent monthly bookings. This role requires someone who excels at relationship management, negotiation, and campaign execution. You’ll oversee a roster of high‑performing talent, manage brand partnerships end‑to‑end, and contribute strategically to the growth and success of both the talent and the wider business.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop a portfolio of talent, overseeing their day‑to‑day activities, career progression, and commercial growth.
* Secure and negotiate brand partnerships, collaborations, and campaigns that align with each talent’s profile and goals.
* Confidently close deals and maintain consistent monthly booking performance.
* Oversee the full campaign lifecycle—from brief to contract to execution—ensuring smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
* Provide line management, guidance, and training to a Talent Assistant, delegating tasks effectively and overseeing administrative processes.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams (Legal, Finance) to ensure seamless campaign management.
What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years’ experience in talent management, influencer marketing, entertainment, or brand partnerships.
* Proven success in booking and managing consistent monthly campaigns.
* Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience, ideally managing junior team members.
* Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
* Strong commercial awareness and confidence managing budgets and contracts.
* Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
* A collaborative team player with a passion for talent development and brand partnerships.
