Key Responsibilities
* Manage a complex and fast-paced diary, anticipating conflicts and prioritising effectively
* Provide proactive support — preparing for meetings, producing high-quality materials, and attending meetings where required
* Act as the main point of contact for the Senior Director managing and responding to correspondence with professionalism and discretion
* Coordinate and support projects, tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery of outcomes
* Plan and manage complex travel arrangements and itineraries with accuracy and attention to detail
Essential Requirements
* Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* High emotional intelligence and excellent interpersonal skills
* A proactive mindset with the confidence to work independently

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools
* Minimum of five years’ experience supporting senior executives or board-level leaders
