They’re looking for a Level 2 Teaching Assistant who brings patience, positivity, and a real passion for inclusive education.
What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups across Primary and/or Secondary age ranges
* Assisting with communication, sensory needs, and regulation strategies
* Helping pupils access their learning and achieve their EHCP targets
* Providing support with personal care, physical needs, and structured routines
What we’re looking for:
* A Level 2 TA qualification (or equivalent experience)
* Previous work with SEND learners (either in schools, care or youth settings)
* A calm, caring nature and the ability to build trusting relationships
* Someone who values every win—big or small—and celebrates progress in all forms

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
