As a Legal Secretary, you will play a pivotal role in supporting two fee earners, including those at partner level. Your key responsibilities will include: Providing comprehensive secretarial support, including audio typing for the timely production of documents, letters, attendance notes, briefs, and bills. Managing diaries and ensuring that all administrative tasks are executed efficiently. Maintaining detailed and accurate client administration files, both in physical and electronic formats. Liaising with clients and third parties, delivering exceptional client service in every interaction Skills/ Experience Required: Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably in Personal Injury or Clinical Negligence.
